Sell's Broadway Dance Company
Chris and Shanna Sell came to Florida directly from New York City and the Broadway musical CATS. They have also performed with the world famous Radio City Music Hall Rockettes, danced at Carnegie Hall and toured throughout the United States, Canada, Europe and Asia while performing in numerous other Broadway musicals. The Sells are both classically trained in the Cecchetti and Vaganova methods of ballet, and studied in New York City under the instruction of David Howard, Doug Wassell, and at the renown School of American Ballet. Chris and Shanna have taught extensively to students of all ages and levels, from preschool to professional, at schools, colleges and universities throughout the United States....
What We Offer
- Children, Teen & Adult Programs
- Young dancers, beginning at age 2, are taught multiple disciplines that focus on building a strong foundation for a love of dance. Teens and Adults are welcome whether they are seeking a professional level or just starting out.

- Performance Opportunities
- At Sell’s Broadway Dance Company we stay away from the basic recital, we strive to have a Broadway-style show, we use props, we have sets, and we do big production numbers. We try to make it very elaborate. Our goal is to make each recital a memorable and real “stage” experience for our students.
- Our Annual Holiday Show gives student an additional chance to showcase their talents
- Our Summer Camps conclude with a performance that the kids have a blast putting on and the Parents love to watch
- Competition Teams
- In 2006-2007 Sell's Broadway Dance Company took its first foray in Regional/National Dance Competition. Our first year was a huge success and every year since The SBDC Competition team has continued to excel, winning major awards year after year at both the Regional and National levels. We are most proud of the fact that SBDC was awarded the Class Act Award at Onstage New York Nationals in back to back seasons. The ONY Class Act Award recognizes the one studio who consistently presents their dancers in a 'classy', professional, and most importantly age-appropriate manner.
